METAL INDUSTRIA VAL VIBRATA S.PA, the Data Controller, informs you that the processing of personal data you are going to supply us shall be performed according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, always protecting your confidentiality and your rights. According with the art. 13 of the above mentioned legislative Decree, we inform you that: 1) your personal identification data, your address and all other information you give us autonomously are collected, recorded, rearranged, stored and used only for management purposes in relation with the services provided by the Web site www.mivv.it as well as for fulfilment of relevant obligations under the law; 2) the above data are provided voluntarily; 3) the eventual refusal to supply such data could result in the non-provision of the service you requested; - the communication of the above data can be made to persons in charge of budget review of our Company and to Public Authorities or Government to fulfil the relevant obligations under the law. Furthermore, your personal data may become known to data processors and persons in charges of data processing, designated by our company to fulfil your order; 4) the data processor, in conformity with the art. 29 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, is CDA's Legal Representative, Palazzese Roberto, of our Company who is also the person designated for the response to the person concerned for the exercise of rights as per art. 7 of the above Legislative Decree; 5) the processing is made by information systems and, in any case, in accordance with the arrangements laid down in the Technical Specification (Annex B) enclosed to the Legislative Decree 196/2003, with the adoption of the minimum data security and confidentiality measures as per articles 34 and 35 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003; 6) data are kept in our company's head office: Zona Industriale, I - 64027 Sant'Omero (TE) and by the data processors designated as long as provided for by civil and tax laws; 7) the complete and up-to-date list of all data processors, designated by our company, can be obtained from the legal representative, Palazzese Roberto, to the e-mail address info@mivv.it. We last inform you that you can exercise any time your rights against the Data Controller, according to the art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2033, in particular the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data exist, regardless of their being recorded, and the communication of such data in intelligible form, to be informed about their source, purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in the case of data processing with the help of electronic means. The person concerned has also the right to obtain the updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of data as well as the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data in breach of the law. Lastly, the person concerned has the right to oppose processing of his data, in whole or in part, if legitimate reasons exist even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection or for commercial communications, for the forwarding of advertising or direct selling material.
