CROSS - INTERNAZ. D'ITALIA
News Racing

It turned out to be a perfect day for MIVV yesterday, in the last round of the Internazionali of Italy, held in Gazzane di Preseglie (north of Italy): MIVV’s flagship rider Davide Guarneri has clinched the goal which he has been looking for from the beginning of the series: to step on the podium!

Guarneri has celebrated his 27th birthday by securing the third step of the podium both in the MX1 class and in the Elite, giving MIVV the joy of clinching the podium twice in a single day!

In the MX2 class, Robin Kappel has been stopped by a technical problem on the very first lap, which forced him out of the race. Gazzane saw the other MX1 MIVV’s flagship rider Mihail Cociu make his comeback to the races after the injury at his ankle. The Silver Action Team’s new entry, still sore, has taken the chance to gain experience on the KTM 350 SX-F prepared by the Italian squad.

Coming next: the Teams powered by MIVV will soon be ready for the first round of the 2012 Motocross World Championship, to be held in Valkenswaard (The Netherlands) on the Easter week end.
