In the case of Stelvio, MIVV’s input has a double purpose:
• The replacement of the standard exhaust with the elegant Speed Edge, in addition to “lightening” the motorbike by almost 5 kg, give the rear train new shapes and distinguishing elements. The minimum distance between frame and silencer is immediately clear, due to the design of the silencer, flattened on the inside. • The performance increase that can be obtained is more than acceptable: 6.4 HP more at around 4000 revolution, and a torque 11.4 Nm higher just below this rotation regime. The response of the accurate 90° V transversal two-cylinder to Speed Edge is extraordinary, considering the further improvements introduced by Guzzi with the 2011 version.
